     After a gale there were big waves across Mounts Bay - in this picture you can just see the birds surfing the waves and this gave me an idea for carving birds in flight.  I made sketches and produced 'Sandpipers in Flight' - have a look at them on my Gallery Page.

Lime Tree - a victim of the gales at the end of last year

This tree was an interesting find - washed up after the big storm on Monday - it was 16 metres long and dead straight - ideal for a Mast
